Fruitys Fleeces is a 100% completely natural wool product, and is very popular with today's ever growing market for sustainable produce. We are in the heart of Suffolk, surrounded by sheep farmers. So an idea was born to buy the individual raw Fleeces and make them into rugs which can be used in so many different ways.
Our idea came to life from a Facebook post, a friends help and my gorgeous dog wren. I was noticing more and more wool being burnt or disregarded because it was deemed unusable! I had to change this…
I bought some raw fleeces from Facebook, spent the day with a good friend and learnt how to make my very first rug.
Once it was dry and I was happy with the finish, I gave it to wren. She was my product tester. She was so warm and comfortable in it she didn’t move! It was a win!!
From then on the idea grew and grew into rugs, dog beds and seat pads of all sizes.

Yes they can! You can wash all our rugs and dog beds in the washig machine. Using your own detergents and fabic conditioner, pop your rug in the washing machine on a cold quick setting. Then just air out to dry and brush to bring the fluffiness back

Our rugs, dog beds and seat pads can take anywhere from 3hours to 8hours. It all depends on the breed of fleece and also the weather. If the weather is damp and gloomy the rugs take longer to dry.
