How long does my order take to ship?

Free postage and packing within the UK on all orders.

We use DPD Express 48 – if you require next day delivery get in touch via email.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we do offer international shipping, we also use DPD for this service too.

What is your return policy? 

We are sure you will be very happy with your order however if for any reason you require a refund or exchange please contact us with 30 days of receipt.  Rugs should be returned unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached. Returns at buyers expense.
